After submitting the captcha you will get a popup message to download the ransom. After downloading the ransomware the next step is to infect other PCs with ransomware this can be done in many way such as by using mailing service or by using social engineering toolkit in kali linux OS which will help to make a mass mailing service . During mailing be careful to make the ransomware zip to prevent the ransomware from detected by antivirus.
